Okay, so I haven't delivered my other wedding suppliers review. Break muna from that. I saw this interesting article that would surely beautify our eyes ;) So, share ko muna ito...
Found this on Yahoo - Five Tricks for Applying Eyeliner
Here's a summary:
1. Prep the eyes daw muna with matte flesh-tone eye shadow on the base of the lid.
2. When applying the eyeliner, start daw with the outer corner of the eye papunta sa ilong. Mali pala ang gawain ko. I always start inside palabas.
3. Always smudge daw. Ikalat nang maayos. Contradicting no? Ikalat pero maayos. Hehe... You can use a small pointed brush for this.
4. And to make it last, apply ka ng eye shadow powder on top.
5. Fix any kalat with a Q-tip foundation.
Looks simple no? Read the full article in Yahoo for details. Try ko muna ito... :)

Flowers & Pots by Viera – A Neophyte that has a lot to learn
(A Bridal Florist Review)
The church (San Antonio de Padua Parish, Pooc, Silang, Cavite) staff said that she’s a regular florist at the church and I considered that a plus since she would know her way around. Also, I didn’t want to get florist from out of town to avoid the extra charge. Corie’s church and entourage package was reasonably priced, cheaper than the packages you would usually see at bridal expos. So I thought she was the best choice.
I am
a believer of giving chances to small and budding businesses and since we are
opting for less expensive suppliers, I took a chance at this florist who was
recommended by the church – Flowers
& Pots by Viera, headed by Corie de Mesa.

Alexyz Arcilla – A One-Man-Show Absolute Performer
(On-the-Day Coordinator/Emcee/Wedding
Singer Review)
As I
have previously mentioned, we were gunning for the smallest cost possible for
our wedding. So, we didn’t hire a whole group of On-the-Day (OTD) coordinators
to run the wedding and the reception program. We hired a one-man-show OTD
Coordinator/Emcess/Wedding Singer/Choir/Lector all rolled into one. His name is
Alexyz Arcilla.

Mel Cruz and Her Magic
(A Bridal Hair and Make Up (HMU) Review)
I believe that the first and most important thing at a wedding is the bride’s look. After all, everyone would be looking at her. If she’s not confident about the way she looks, it would affect her mood and the entire party. As I have posted on my Facebook page, “the best and most important thing on a wedding day is to make the bride look and feel beautiful. Everything else will just follow.”

I guess
I was able to let the mishaps of my other suppliers slide because I was feeling
great about myself. Happy and confident with my look and all. And I have my HMU
artist MEL CRUZ to thank for this. She and her hair specialist did a great job
on me on my big day. I just told them the look I was going for and they
delivered.
I
was hoping for a Greek Goddess look to match my Venus-cut Grecian style wedding
gown. Here’s my final look along with the before and after photo. You be the judge.
Much Ado About My Wedding (A Review of the event and suppliers)
First
of all, I just want to make it clear that I’m not really a fan of weddings,
especially church weddings. Ugh! I believe it is an enormous waste of time and
money…so much ado for a one-day event that everybody would soon forget. So any
negative remarks I say might just be a product of my aversion to such
unnecessary extravaganza and not an objective opinion. I leave it up to you to
decide which is which. But then again, it is my wedding so I think I have every
right to be subjective, don’t you think?
