We have been scammed!

Palagay ko lang naman...

A woman went to our house asking for Avon products kasi we have an Avon Dealer banner sa bakod. Nag-order ng Avon from brochure aside from the products that we have on stock.

So, I just took her full name - JOY SANTOS, number and address (within subdivision lang) para i-text ko na lang pag andito na ung order kasi she needs it daw before 5pm para sa isang Halloween party.

Pagbalik niya, I texted and called the number pero “number not in use”.  I tried replacing one digit kasi baka nagkamali lang ako. Siguro gusto lang niya ipapalit ung US$100 niya…siguro fake yun. Hmp!

Haaay…buhay… Oh well…ganun talaga buhay.  As my Papi always say, "charge it to experience"> At least, she didn’t get anything from us. So what is nice about this? It is a lesson learned. Even if you think you're home safe and sound, scammers are still out to get you :)
