Hindi ko rin alam and I have never heard of it until earlier today when I got an email from Smashbox telling me that they have a Black Friday 25% Discount. My first thought was Holy Week. Then I thought, Good Friday at Black Saturday nga pala yun. So I googled to find out what it is.
Apparently, Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving Day sa U.S. Oh...okay, so I'm excused. Firstly, I'm not American and secondly, I've never been there. Hehe... So what is its significance and bakit ko pa kailangan i-blog? Well, it's got something to do with shopping! And shopping is something nice that beautifies. Don't you agree???

Black Friday is the day following Thanksgiving Day in the United States, traditionally the beginning of the Christmas shopping season. On this day, most major retailers open extremely early and offer promotional sales to kick off the holiday shopping season, similar to Boxing Day sales in many Commonwealth Nations. I guess for most Binibining Filipinas out there, Christmas shopping has started already a long time ago. Maybe even as early as October. Hahaha! Although not me, except ung mga binili ko from Avon for gift bags :( For some reason, I am becoming less and less excited about Christmas as the years go by. Ni hindi pa nga ako nakakapag-decorate masyado. I put up the Christmas lights last night lang. Sign of old age??? Wag naman ganun. Oh well, I hope may oras pa para makapag-Divisoria or sana may maabutan pang Christmas sale sa malls.
